Privacy Policy

This policy covers mranhphan.com, a website run by Phan Ventures LLC. It says what the site collects and who else receives it.

What we collect

This site has no accounts and no sign-up forms. It doesn’t ask for your name or email.

If you email us (for example through a “Request a coaching call” or “Ask about the next group” button), we receive your email address and what you write, and use them to reply.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It loads only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. Until then the site sends nothing to Google Analytics and sets no analytics cookies.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<id> and receives the page you viewed, the page that sent you here, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Google handles that data under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage, pv_analytics_consent), not on our servers. To change it, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Fonts and hosting

The site’s fonts (Inter and DM Serif Display) load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log your IP address to run and secure the service; see the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube take you to those platforms. The Phan Club community at community.mranhphan.com is hosted by Heartbeat, a separate service. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent personal information, and this site shows no ads.

Changes and contact

When the site starts collecting something new, we update this page and the date at the top.
